Executive Director of Care Services

Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our large care home in the Poole area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
About the Role:
- Leadership and Management: Utilize your authentic leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and services.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the effective delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high levels of occupancy.
- Resource Management: Manage the financial performance of the service, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services, ensuring resident satisfaction and well-being.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC and NMC guidelines.

What We Offer:
