Service Director for Integrated Community Services

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Service Director to lead our integrated community services portfolio, which includes a range of community services to support people within their homes, community hospitals, integrated urgent care services, and specialist community services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our integrated community services, ensuring they are safe, effective, and meet the needs of our patients.
- Take a strategic lead on multi-agency working with partners to shape and deliver the out-of-hospital service offer in Dorset.
- Work with the Operations Management Team to deliver high-quality services, manage performance, and ensure clinical engagement.
- Take a commercial and business approach to services, recognizing and adapting to the needs of our customers.
- Provide leadership, support, and advice to managers and staff.
