Job Description:

About UF Health:

UF Health represents the shared vision and commitment to patient care excellence of more than 22,000 employees of the University of Florida Health Science Center and health care system. With campuses in Gainesville and Jacksonville, UF Health includes six health colleges, nine research institutes and centers, two teaching hospitals, two specialty hospitals, and a host of physician medical practices and outpatient services throughout north-central and northeast Florida.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes
  • Four years of appropriate experience
  • Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification/License in the state of Florida
  • Federal DEA Certification
  • Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
  • Board certified in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited residency program
