Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Spicerhaart. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing expenses and invoices in line with company policy and legislative requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Expense Processing: Ensure that all expenses and invoices are correctly authorized and processed in a timely manner.
  2. Expense Claims: Check and code employee expense claims and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  3. Communication: Communicate with employees to enforce company policy and resolve any discrepancies or queries.
  4. System Input: Input invoices and expenses onto the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Discrepancies and Queries: Understand and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
  6. Excel Spreadsheets: Use Excel spreadsheets for importing multi-site invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Mailbox Management: Manage multiple mailboxes, ensuring prompt response to supplier queries and correspondence.
  8. Supplier Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  9. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform ad hoc duties as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Desirable:
  1. Accounts Payable Knowledge: Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, ensuring expertise and efficiency.
