About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement and Support Officer to join our team in Swansea. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Employability Programme, working closely with local community groups and individuals to raise awareness and promote opportunities for those who are furthest from the labour market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide key support for all aspects of programme development and capacity building initiatives, responding to local needs and working within set Programme guidance.
  • Work in partnership with multiple providers, internal and external to the Council, to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Engage with local community groups and individuals to promote the programme and identify new participants.
  • Contribute to the development of programme materials and resources.
