Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Intervention Plans: Assess students' needs and create personalized intervention plans to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Teachers and Parents: Work closely with teachers and parents to implement effective strategies and ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Regularly monitor students' progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to staff on occupational therapy techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification (e.g., BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy) and experience working with SEN children and young people.
