We are seeking an exceptional professional to join the Business Intelligence Team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, focusing on enhancing our operational services through effective Business Partnering.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving team objectives by delivering timely and accurate information presentations, generating comprehensive reports, and monitoring performance metrics against both local and national benchmarks for services provided by the Trust.
The role requires a diverse set of data and analytical capabilities, including data gathering methods, data processing, interpretation, and the application of suitable statistical analysis techniques.
Additionally, the candidate will actively advocate for the utilization of information across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex analytical reports into accessible formats for non-technical stakeholders, utilizing effective visual communication techniques.
- Employ strong communication skills to address and clarify conflicting information that may have significant implications for the organization or service delivery.
- Challenge existing assumptions where necessary.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all personally identifiable information in daily operations.
- Identify discrepancies and issues within intricate datasets, proposing actionable solutions.
- Evaluate the quality of Trust data against established benchmarks and external organizations, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Analyst team, Clinical Systems team, and Data Warehouse team to coordinate efforts and meet organizational priorities and deadlines.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of team members.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all processes and procedures.
