Join Our Team at Manchester Airport

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a People Advisor at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Change Management Programme.

About the Role:

  • Support managers with generalist advice, policy support, employee relations, including case management.
  • Provide guidance to line managers on implementation of change programmes.
  • Advise line managers on employee change programmes and relations issues, in line with company policy and employment legislation.
  • Build effective relationships and partnerships with trade union representatives, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support with data capture and provide accurate data and statistics in a clear, concise format to ensure we are tracking our delivery to plans.
  • Support with other administrative or transactional requirements of the projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience of supporting people-related projects in a HR capacity, operating at an Advisor level.
  • Employee relations knowledge, with some experience of managing ER cases.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience of coaching managers, underpinned by a collaborative and supportive style of working.
