Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking Kitchen Assistants to join our esteemed Airport Hospitality Team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service within our award-winning lounges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the lounge team in providing an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Washing and sanitizing all kitchenware and light equipment, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Cleaning kitchen appliances, surfaces, and floors in line with operational standards.
- Organizing and storing kitchen items appropriately, ensuring clear pathways and exits.
- Monitoring waste disposal practices, ensuring compliance with recycling policies.
- Reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
- Managing breakages and spillages according to established procedures.
- Receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Flexibility in working hours is essential, as shifts may start as early as 3 AM and end as late as 8 PM. Our lounges operate seven days a week.
