About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Court Team within the Safeguarding and Care Planning Service. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children at risk of harm, working closely with other agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and present evidence in court proceedings, working closely with the Bromley Children's Legal Team to ensure timely and effective submissions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
