Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new build projects in Antrim, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard project completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contract specifications.
- Supervise and manage site teams, including effective management of sub-contractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.
- Liaise with management, contractors, and sub-contractors to deliver projects with quality.
- Produce consistent and professional records, reports, and general information.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar house building background.
- Trade background and knowledge of Safety, Health & Quality Policies.
- At least 5 years experience managing residential projects.
- Valid CSR card.
- Ability to work on own initiative and excellent communication skills.
