Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Professional to join our team at Reed. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial Controller with reconciliations and financial tasks as required.
- Enter supplier invoices onto our accounting system.
- Support the buyer with stock orders and reporting.
- Assist with the raising and checking of purchase orders for suppliers.
Requirements:
- Experience within accounts is advantageous, but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Good attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25k - £28k per annum, depending on experience.
- A 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
