Position Overview

Job Title: Fire Safety and Security Technician

Location: Croydon / London

Compensation: £33,000 to £40,000 based on qualifications

Role Summary:

  • Work primarily from our Croydon office and various site locations as required by business needs.
  • Full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week, schedule to be determined.
  • Opportunities for overtime available.
  • Annual leave of 20 days (pro-rated) plus 8 public holidays.
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and installation of fire alarm and security systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of large network systems utilizing all open protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot both conventional and addressable systems effectively.
  • Familiarity with Gent and Advanced systems for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Capability to perform servicing on access control and CCTV systems.
  • Comfortable with daily commuting into London.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor in customer-facing situations.
