We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Assistant to join our team at Spring Grove School. As an Educational Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of additional needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can reach their full potential.

Working under the guidance of the SENDCO and class teachers, you will plan and deliver activities tailored to meet the needs of individual children. Your duties will include providing one-to-one and small group support, personal and intimate care, and implementing Behaviour Plans, IEPs, MSPs, and EHCPs.

We are looking for someone with a warm approach, a nurturing manner, and a commitment to inclusion and inclusive practices. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the school.
