Faculty Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our safeguarding and learning disabilities teams as an administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the teams, managing spreadsheets and databases, organizing meetings, and typing minutes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the safeguarding and learning disabilities teams
- Manage spreadsheets and databases to track team activities and progress
- Organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Answer daily queries and provide general administrative support
- Business Admin NVQ Level 2 minimum or equivalent
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics Grade 5 or equivalent qualification
- Sufficient experience in an administrative role
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
