Inplace Personnel Services Ltd is currently in search of a skilled Production Quality Controller to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our modern production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough quality inspections on all products.
  • Execute various checks, including temperature, barcodes, weight, and glass integrity.
  • Interpret customer requirements and specifications accurately.
  • Analyze data to ensure all products meet quality benchmarks.
  • Document and generate reports using Microsoft software.
  • Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety regulations.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Quality or Technical position within the food sector is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with BRC and retail customer standards is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to a right-first-time approach.
  • Competence in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of English and numeracy for production documentation.
  • Dependable with effective time management skills.
  • A collaborative team player.

This position involves a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts lasting 8 hours.

Candidates must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to personal transportation; complimentary on-site parking is provided.

Comfort in working within a chilled food processing environment is essential.

The hourly wage is competitive, starting at £11.85 per hour, with additional compensation for overtime.
