Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to enhance our support team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering technical assistance and resolving issues for our internal personnel, thereby ensuring their efficiency and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive records of incidents within the ticketing system, adhering to the Incident Management Process.
- Manage administration tasks for M365, D365, and various Microsoft Power Applications.
- Assess and prioritize all incidents, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Address and resolve user desktop support inquiries.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup, networking, telephony, and user account creation.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
- Ensure all asset information and user accounts/licenses are maintained according to established procedures.
- Evaluate and test new software and platforms as needed.
- Participate in new deployment initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with our Technical Support Team, Operations, and Development departments.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient knowledge of O365, Windows operating systems, and other Microsoft Services.
- Strong administrative skills in Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft Power Apps.
- Hands-on experience with laptop and PC configuration and setup.
- Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
- Basic familiarity with Linux, including Ubuntu and Unix operating systems.
- Relevant experience in a support environment.

Qualifications
Possession of an ITIL certification is advantageous, or a demonstrated understanding of relevant methods, processes, and governance.
