We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior School Admin & Exams Officer. This role requires a passion for education and strong administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of school administrative processes and the successful execution of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examinations Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all internal and external exams, ensuring compliance with examination board regulations and managing all aspects of the examination process.
  • Administration: Oversee student records, attendance, admissions, and staff coordination, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, ensuring staff are well-versed in school administrative procedures and examination protocols.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, preparing and presenting reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for examination-related inquiries from students, parents, and staff, maintaining clear and effective communication within the school community.
