We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to support students with special educational needs as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in our Ofsted-rated school in Walthamstow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs in their daily activities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation

Requirements:
  1. Relevant HLTA/Teaching Qualifications (QTS)
  2. Experience working with students with special educational needs
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
