Finance Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance of our division, working closely with the COO to identify opportunities for revenue growth, optimize financial processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Performance Analysis: Review financial performance, identify areas of underperformance, and develop strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the forecasting and budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Capital Expenditure Evaluation: Assist in evaluating capital expenditure projects and support tender processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Acquisition Integration: Contribute to the financial assessment and integration of new acquisitions, working closely with the Commercial team to ensure seamless transitions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance improvement
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with challenging stakeholders
