Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team at Robert Walters UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance of our division, working closely with the COO to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimise financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Performance Review and Improvement: Review financial performance, identify areas of underperformance, and develop strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the forecasting and budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Capital Expenditure Evaluation: Assist in evaluating capital expenditure projects and support tender processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Financial Assessment and Integration: Contribute to the financial assessment and integration of new acquisitions, working closely with the Commercial team to ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with challenging stakeholders.
