Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Oliver Bonas Limited. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and provide guidance to all team members to ensure their personal objectives and the store's objectives are being met.
- Work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyse reports to measure the success of the store and team, and work with KPIs to evaluate the store's performance and identify development areas.
- Support your Store Manager with progress meetings and appraisals for all team members, and carry out meetings where appropriate.
- Work with your team to develop and support their career progression.
