About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Create a positive and productive store environment that promotes a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising, promotions, and events.
- Ensure accurate stock processes, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with the team, Store Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who can lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional results. You will have a proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Experience with inventory management, stock processes, and store maintenance.
