Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Directorates in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general HR support to specific Directorates and cross-cover as required.
  • Apply HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NHS Scotland standards.
  • Support line managers in their day-to-day operational HR needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a great service to patients and staff.
