Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to provide senior-level administrative support to the Head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Head of HR's schedule, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative assistance to the HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR department and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of HR, including managing their schedule and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including staff and external partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
