Job Title: Paid Social Account Director

Job Summary:

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Paid Social Account Director to lead our team in delivering top-tier performance for a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Paid Social Account Director, you will be responsible for crafting and executing paid social strategies, managing a team of paid social specialists, and overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across key social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand goals, objectives, and KPIs
  • Manage a team of 4 paid social specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure campaign success and professional growth
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across key social channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for future improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising, and share insights with the team and clients
  • Project manage the output of junior team members, ensuring the highest possible standards of quality and timeliness
  • Campaign Management:
    • Be accountable for the workflow and quality of your team's work, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery
    • Ensure every account has an insight-driven, clear, and achievable 30/60/90-day test plan
    • Ensure your team logs all significant actions to feed into Post-Campaign Analysis (PCAs) and reports
    • Ensure reports and PCAs contain insightful commentary on performance, key optimizations, and recommendations for future improvement
    • Set objectives for team members and organize bi-monthly catch-ups to monitor their progress
    • Create case studies and award entries to help grow the recognition of the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven record of success
  • Experience supporting new business pitches is desired but not essential
  • Extensive knowledge of paid advertising across key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
