About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Speaking Telesales Executive to join our team at People Solutions Careers. As a German Speaking Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research, and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct unscripted telephone calls with German Nationals, many of whom may not speak English as their first language.
  • Carry out research and data cleansing to support telesales campaigns.
  • Lead generation campaigns to identify new business opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • A hybrid working role, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £14.00 per hour.
  • Weekly pay and excellent benefits.

Requirements:

  • Native German language skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
