About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Lead to join our team at Kinda-Mindi Guildford. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational program and ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a high-quality educational program that aligns with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver a curriculum that is engaging, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in our care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the rights and interests of children and families.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education and care.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Education Lead who has a passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will have a minimum of a university degree in Education or a related field, and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will also have experience in leading a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures. You will be a strong communicator and team player, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to our children.
