Key ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Nursing Professional will:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of Registered Nurses, junior staff, and clinical support personnel in delivering care.
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and standards relevant to the specialty.
- Utilize specialized knowledge to lead and manage service delivery effectively.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to manage daily operations and patient care activities.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional body.
- Education at Degree Level or equivalent experience.
- Postgraduate expertise in a relevant specialty.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing clinical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic information technology.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37 hours per week.
