Position Overview:
As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration of our service department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling of service engineers, ensuring that their calendars are optimized for maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Administration Management:**
- Oversee all administrative tasks for the service department, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of parts.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the system is up-to-date.

2. **Customer Interaction:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to products and parts.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, creating service orders for repairs and maintenance.

3. **Diary Management:**
- Effectively manage engineers' schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service delivery.
- Book services and callouts, ensuring all appointments are confirmed.

4. **Record Maintenance:**
- Maintain service records through relevant systems, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Process service contract quotes and convert them into active contracts.

5. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Liaise with purchasing to manage inventory and pricing of essential parts.
- Proactively engage with key accounts to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
