Mobile Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for completing LOLER examinations on customer sites around the UK, servicing and refurbishing access equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

The Role:
  • Conduct LOLER examinations on customer sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Service and refurbish access equipment, including scissor lifts, booms, and specialist narrow access platforms
  • Perform pre-delivery product inspections to ensure equipment meets quality standards
  • Carry out outside customer LOLER inspections, servicing, and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and provide clear progress reports to customers
The Person:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of LOLER regulations
  • Hold a CAP Certificate and IPAF Certificate
  • Be willing to travel occasionally and work flexible hours
