About the Role

The Marketing and PR Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our marketing and public relations strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integrated marketing communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting successful marketing campaigns and managing media relations to enhance our brand presence and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Design and implement marketing and PR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and budgets for the Marketing and PR Division.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure Clear Junction's brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • PR and Communications
    • Develop PR opportunities and create a network of contacts.
    • Manage media relations and review materials produced by PR agencies.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop and execute marketing campaign plans targeting key audiences of Clear Junction.
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to achieve marketing objectives.
    • Support sales activities through marketing and PR efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and monitor marketing activities for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and capacity in the fintech/payments/banking space.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
