We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working afternoons from 12.45pm to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Unlock and lock doors, disarm and arm alarm systems as required.
- Answer and transfer calls with professionalism and speed.
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile.
- Process payments and provide receipts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure seamless execution.
- Update absence systems with holidays and sickness, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Send self-certification forms and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide first aid and other support as required.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked reception area.
- Collaborate with HR and Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support job share colleagues during sickness and holiday absence.
