Company Overview:

As a Junior Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Client Servicing department, supporting our Financial Planning team in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular administrative duties, including gathering policy information, entering client data, and scanning client files.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to queries related to clients and the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely action and responses.
  • Update and maintain client data, sharing changes with external partners.
  • Produce client valuation reports and assist in compliance review submissions.
  • Liaise with external providers to manage client assets and respond to customer requests.
  • Assist in the offboarding process of private clients.
  • Support senior team members in providing updates, drafting forms and letters, and preparing review documentation.
  • Assist financial planners in preparing review meetings and new client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Flexible working approach.
  • Able to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to meet task deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
