Marketing Executive Senior

Join Howden's dynamic marketing team and play a key role in shaping the company's overall strategy. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of campaigns to engage with clients and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team, our in-house creative agency, suppliers, and internal partners to develop and execute marketing plans that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing plans for divisional teams, producing timely and effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring key timelines are met and projects are run efficiently.
- Deliver multi-platform campaigns across print, digital, social, podcasting, and video.
- Produce marketing collateral, research, copywrite, and liaise with external agencies to include designers and print suppliers.
- Coordinate marketing operations and administration, ordering branded marketing materials and merchandise, leading content and image libraries, auditing and updating marketing literature.
- Develop the Howden brand, ensuring it is applied optimally and consistently across the UK divisions.
- Write and edit client communications such as email campaigns, knowledge articles, and news announcements.
- Help run company digital channels and social channels.
- Coordinate and run in-person and online events.
- Support the wider marketing team with project support and marketing operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience working in a marketing role in any sector.
- Excellent written communication skills, preferably with experience writing for business-related audiences.
- Understanding of website management, including previous use of a content management system (CMS), Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Understanding of social media best practice and community management.
