About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard Trainee at Lampton Leisure. As a Lifeguard Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the pool area to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
  • Carry out pool testing and health and safety checks as directed by Centre Management
  • Proactively direct and manage customer behaviour to ensure highest possible levels of safety and enjoyment
  • Undertake daily cleaning, maintenance, and remedial work of relevant equipment and fittings
  • Assist with daily operations, including set-ups, take-downs, and changeovers
Requirements
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to pass a swim assessment
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
