About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital, Data & Technology Group at the University of Bath. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the changes and improvements required to transform the service provision of technology services across the University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft 365 projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring project delivery within scope and schedule.
  • Build sustainable relationships across key stakeholders and manage organisational change, particularly related to Microsoft 365 initiatives, and the ability to facilitate smooth transitions for end-users.
  • Lead and guide teams, including setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognising and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Have broad and deep knowledge of current IT technologies and their application in a Higher Education context.
