About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
