Job Title: Area Cleaning Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations in your designated area, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients and ISS employees
- Ensure all employees are inducted, trained, and developed, including identifying training needs and recommending training programs
- Plan and allocate work to ensure effective use of staff and equipment
- Complete periodic carpet and upholstery cleans within specification and agreed timescales
- Ensure standards are consistently achieved and maintained, including regular audits and due diligence documentation
- Manage the implementation of ISS's Health, Safety, and Environmental policy, including risk assessments and H&S tool box talks
- Ensure staff are managed effectively, following ISS's HR procedures
Requirements:
- Area cleaning supervisory experience
- Basic IT skills, including tablet and phone usage
