About the Role

Corserv is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team at Albion Court in Torpoint. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our communal areas, toilets, and laundry rooms.

Your duties will include:

  • Using powered cleaning equipment to clean communal areas, toilets, and laundry rooms in accordance with site specifications
  • Keeping paths, steps, and outside hard surface areas tidy, including the emptying of litter bins
  • Removing graffiti as directed
  • Performing other duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor/Manager in accordance with the site specification or as may be necessary from time to time

You will be required to undertake in-house training upon induction and any additional training as and when required.

As a Cleaning Professional with Corserv, you will work at all times within the code of requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
