Job Overview

The Recruitment Co. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic appeals department. This position is integral to our operations, focusing on managing and resolving inquiries related to parking charge appeals.


Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Appeals Team, you will be tasked with addressing appeals concerning private parking charge notices. Your duties will include:
- Analyzing individual cases and compiling appropriate written responses.
- Potentially handling a customer service line to guide individuals on the appeals process.


Essential Skills:
We are looking for candidates who can effectively prioritize their workload, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key skills include:
- Meeting performance indicators.
- Strong written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications.


Qualifications:
While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates should exhibit:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven with the capability to manage personal tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Competence in IT, particularly with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Position Details:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (with varying shifts)
Compensation: £22,308 plus bonus opportunities.
