About the Role

Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join their team. As a Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong market presence while delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales and marketing strategies
  • Coach the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Liaise with tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Effective communication skills to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail

  • Complete on-target earnings of £60,000+ per year
  • £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
