**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury automotive brand's parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving and Issuing Products: You will be responsible for serving and issuing products to both internal and external customers, ensuring that high standards are always met.
  • Receiving and Identifying Stock: You will receive and correctly identify incoming stock, communicating with management if stock levels are low.
  • Ensuring Best Practice Standards: You will ensure that best practice standards are upheld in all aspects of the workplace.
  • Communicating Promotions: You will take an active involvement in ensuring promotions are communicated effectively to enhance results.
  • Participating in Stock Checks: You will participate in the annual formal stock check.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: You will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Positive Attitude: You will have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to Handle Change: You will be able to handle change in workload and priorities daily.
  • Strong IT Skills: You will have strong IT skills.
  • Proficiency with Numbers: You will have proficiency with numbers and remembering codes.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: A salary of approximately £24,000 per annum, with bonuses that could take your earnings up to £27,600.
  • Benefits Package: An excellent benefits package, including a generous annual leave allocation, with your birthday off as an extra day, employee discount schemes, discounts with many high-street retailers, and more.
  • Working Hours: A 45-hour week, split across Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturdays on a rota basis.
