About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Sidmouth High St Express store. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
