Private Clients Account Handler

About the Role

MW Appointments is seeking an experienced Private Clients Account Handler to join our expanding team in Witham, Essex. As a key member of our Private Clients/HNW team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of Private Clients insurances.

Main Responsibilities

  • Dealing with high net worth risks, including household, motor, art, and travel insurance
  • Handling new and existing clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of new business, renewals, and MTAs
  • Preparing and issuing insurance documentation, including certificates and policy documents
  • Meeting with clients as needed to discuss their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensuring customer details are accurately recorded and entered onto our system in a timely manner
  • Confirming cover with relevant insurers, processing policies, and chasing outstanding documentation when required
  • Managing the issuance of client certificates and dealing with account queries

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar insurance role, preferably with a focus on high net worth clients
  • Strong knowledge of all types of HNW/Private Clients insurances
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in our system
