Hours: 42 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am to 16.30pm Alternate Saturdays as per rota

Salary: £45,600 OTE (including £39,000 basic)

At Lookers Tyneside Audi, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic workshop team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough vehicle health checks using the latest technology

• Performing vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests

• Carrying out additional repairs once authorized by the customer

• Warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and completing relevant documentation

• Conducting road tests to ensure all faults are rectified

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work completed

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Vehicle Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will require a full UK driving license and completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working with the Audi brand is advantageous, but not essential as full brand accreditation training can be provided.
