Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Employee Relations
  • Manage a wide range of employee relations issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR issues and propose solutions.
  1. HR Operations
  • Guide and advise stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  1. HR Metrics and Compliance
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in HR, preferably in a manufacturing sector. You will be confident in dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters and have excellent communication skills.
