The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VP Product to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to develop our product vision and execute on it. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategy, roadmap, and execution across all our products
  • Collaborating with CEO on Product Vision
  • Evangelizing user value and user understanding across the organization
  • Setting clear priorities by working together with regional leaders and senior leadership
  • Attracting, coaching, and developing world-class PM talent

Requirements

We are looking for a strong and inspiring leader with a proven track record in product development. You should have:

  • A true product person with a deep understanding of the latest technology and newest products
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to balance complexity and ambiguity
  • Experience building world-class products in product-first companies, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Great product intuition and razor-sharp analytical skills to back up your thoughts with data
  • Humble, positive, team-first, hard-working, and a desire to perform and expect the same from your team
