Global Brand Manager

In a rapidly evolving market, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Analytics & Insights Brand & Media Cluster business at a global level. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, representing the Voice of the Customer, and creating awareness of our portfolio both internally and externally.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and execute a global Cluster revenue and cost Operating Plan, driving long-term profitable portfolio profitability and improving Cluster profit profile.
- Lead a Global Sales Product Experts team and support Regional Sales Cluster/Product Experts in collaboration with multiple areas, including Product Leadership, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, sales training, and certifications.
- Explore alternative use cases for existing product capabilities to capture new revenue opportunities in existing clients or new verticals.
- Partner with Product Leadership to give input for product development and prioritizations, based on client needs, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Client Advisory Boards and Internal Advisory Boards to capture needs and get early feedback on our mid- to long-term product roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NielsenIQ products, services, and data to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
- Proven sales acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Expertise in CPG/new vertical sales, brand development, and marketing effectiveness.
- Experience in transformation initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of NielsenIQ products, services, and data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
