Global Canopy is a leading organization in the field of tropical deforestation and nature-related finance. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects related to nature-related finance, including the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), ENCORE, and The Little Book of Investing in Nature. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing project operations, working with external and internal stakeholders, and delivering clear and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage projects related to nature-related finance
- Work with project partners to ensure project documentation and annual plan development
- Ensure timely escalation of issues and achievement of project objectives on time and budget
- Support the Nature-related Finance team with project management tasks
- Organize meetings and support on meeting materials, project plans, and results tracking
- Strong track record of managing project operations
- Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and motivated by impact
- Strong drive to contribute to our mission and passion for sustainability
- Experience with grant reporting
